2. Do you offer discounts for large volume projects?
We understand that large volume projects must be cost efficient, therefore, we will offer you the best rate for your project in our initial cost proposal. Other discounts will be given for subsequent translations as a result from utilizing your individual translation memory database.

3. Do your charge a translation minimum and what do you consider a minimum?
We charge a minimum fee for translation projects of 299 words or less.

4. Do you do rush projects?
Most always, we are able to accommodate you rush projects. Yet, in the rare instance that we are unable to provide this service, we inform you before any work has begun and offer you the next best delivery date.

5. What industries do you work with?
Since our translators are skilled in myriad industries, we can work with any industry to provide you excellent translations, interpretations, cultural training, language training, and media services.

6. Can you merge old TM databases?
Yes, in most cases we can merge your old TM database that you provide us. We will always edit and review it before we use it, in case of language and grammar issues that may exist within it.

7. Do you offer proofreading/editing services only?
Yes, we can offer you proofreading/editing services for previously translated materials that you are updating or for documents that were translated by your in-house employees. We also offer you a critique of the translation at no cost.

8. What types of documents do you certify?
We offer a notarized letter of authenticity for all legal documents if they are required. We can offer this for any translation that we complete only, no matter the content.

9. Are you a certified MWBE?
Yes, we are certified both through the Northwest Minority Business Council and the State of Oregon.

10. Do you charge for Project Coordination?
No, our project coordination services are always fee free.

11. How do you bill clients and what are your terms?
For our professional business clients, we offer convenient monthly invoices, delivered and specified to your internal procurement department's needs. Also, our terms are net 30.

12. Do you offer secure file uploading?
Since we have our own server, we offer you the most current and secure file uploading. Our clients can upload to a secure FTP site and for our high profile clients, we offer dedicated URL sites.
